At Youto, we stand by every product we sell. We will do our best to make you happy with your purchase. You are applicable for a refund if the products were purchased within 30 days AND remains unused.
1. If the item is being returned for a quality reason, like it is damaged, faulty and not working, or you receive a wrong item, please contact us and we will cover the cost of shipping. We would like to see pictures of the damage, or video for not working.
2. If you are not satisfied with the item you bought or change your mind, you can get partial refund. Customer need to be responsible for both shipping fee (original order shipping fee&return shipping fee)and 10% platform handling fee. (We can provide a label to make it easier for you and deduct it from the payment amount)

12-MONTH WARRANTY FOR QUALITY-RELATED ISSUES
We will take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND including any return shipping costs.

HOW TO RETURN Youto ITEMS FOR A REFUND
1. Contact Customer Service
1) Please contact support@youto.tech to inform us within the first 30 days of delivery of the product, and our Customer Service will offer you a return address.
2) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3) Please do not ship item back without any registration. Otherwise, we can not handle your return and it will be destroyed. Then the refund will be not issued.

2. Package Your Item for Return
To ensure your package arrives to us safely and undamaged, please pack each item ordered in its original packaging, including all accessories, parts and manuals in order to receive the refund of the purchase price.

3. Return the Product and Provide the Express Tracking Number
1)We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it by some kind of trackable service, such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.Be sure to save the receipt for your records. We regret that we can not issue a refund for any item that is damaged, lost in shipping, or sent COD.
2) You should send it back within 7 days of your return claim. Once package was picked up by post office, please get back to provide us the tracking number. (VERY IMPORTANT!)

4. Receive Your Refund
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

As our staff need to handle tons of parcels, we recommend you can keep an eye on your return and remind us to check your case in time.
We will always do our best to process your return and issue a refund as quickly as possible.


Other instructions:
1. The Returned Product Is Damaged On The Return Trip
If the product is damaged during the return trip, we can not issue a refund.

2.Wrong Shipping Address Cost Item Loss Or Return
Customer's invalid or wrong shipping address, wrong contact information cause carrier failed to deliver the parcel or deliver to a wrong address, refund can not be issued.
If the parcel can be returned to us, we can make partial refund after deducting the shipping cost and 10% platform fee.

3. High Risk Orders Need To Be Canceled
Or our system detect your payment by credit / debit card is a high risk order, we will contact you and cancel your order. The money will be refunded in full.
